source or brand name for KOH?

PS- What is a reasonable price for a 1 lb container of NaOH? I am paying 5 dollars, but can get it right in town, so that's pretty good, right?

Can you tell me what the difference between lab grade and food grade is? Is the lab grade "dirtier"?
