Palm-free replacements for Syndet Shampoo Ingredients

If it’s not for sale you could always use liquid shampoo and a reusable container. I’ve thought about this as well. I even thought about using a reusable container for customers and have a “refill” price for sending it back in. But I realize the likelihood that most would do that is very low.

May I pick up this old thread or have someone point me to a newer one? I too am trying to make a Palm free syndet bar and was wondering if anyone had found anything new on this quest. I think I have narrowed it down to palm-free SCI and the ES1822+ Natural Emulsifier over at Simply Ingredients but I need another flake or powdered surfactant that is palm free, neutral-ish PH, and gives great bubble. Any ideas? Is this a unicorn that doesn't exist?

SLSA is the only one I can think of that's not a sulfate. I only use it at a small percentage though because i find it can be a it itchy otherwise. My other surfactants are liquid.
