Ok, I think I am ok on yesterdays goats milk soap....... the orange is now a pretty tan color this morning...... smelled like ammonia when I cut it...hopefully that will fade.

It was HP so I let hubby try a slither of it to wash his hands as a tester, he said he liked how it felt. Not sure if its the goats milk....or the little bit of shea butter I added at the end.

Thanks for all your tips and advice yesterday..... I learned some things :)

At least a HP batch is usually useful, even if you don't particularly like the way it turns out.

Thats what I think.....unless it has lye pockets....it can always be used for hubby to wash his working hands with.

Hope that ammonia smell soon fades tho....it reminds me of baby pee...haha.

Not that I go around smelling baby pee, but....I do have 2 grand babies, so I am familiar with the smell......hahah
