Hey everybody, I'm wondering if I can mix regular olive with extra virgin olive? I have a little bit of regular and a little bit of extra virgin I would like to mix them together and use with my next batch!

Yes you can. I believe if it were pomace olive oil there might need to be a separate calculation but not if it’s just light OO vs EVOO.
