Malachite

My first attempt at a malachite inspired bar. The pattern is not exactly what I hoped for but pretty close!

I've just been making soap for a couple months and am low-key obsessed!

Used the BB recipe for swirl quick mix, soaped at about 100f and used a slab mold.
Colours are Chromium greens, iron oxides, and some micas.
Tried a spin swirl with lots of thin layers of colour layered in the corners of the mold,
Scented with Cedar and Peppermint EO.

Hardening up nicely and we love the colour and scent!

That is so super cool! I love malachite and have given a lot to Mrs. Zing over the years. I've never done cedarwood and peppermint and am intrigued. Did you do 50 50? Can you compare it to another scent? I'll have to try that. Thank you for sharing, really stunning work there.
