lip balm flavor oils

Has anyone ordered form Natures Flavors? Have you been satisfied? I was going to order some of their organic lip balm flavor oils, but then i stumbled upon a complaint forum with tons of complaints for them. They were a couple of years old, but I wanted to check and see in anyone here has an opinion before i take a chance and try them out myself.

I believe there are some posts on this forum stating they are not good at all. I've not used them personally but took their advice. The Sage has great flavor oils as does Elements Bath and Body. WSP also carries them but I've not used theirs.
