Labelling for gifts

I have been doing a lot of reading since I found this forum. I am no where near ready to give away any of what I have made as a gift yet, but all the threads on product labelling for sale made me wonder about gifts. When I do get confident enough in my soap, and know how it holds up, etc. I will want to label it somehow. I will not pretend I remember all my friends and families allergies and sensitivities, and it just seems like the responsible thing to do.

What do you all do when giving away soap?

I list all of the ingredients in descending order of predominance (the % of the total formula). I use the INCI name as well as the common name. For instance for coconut oil I would list it as Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil . Here is a link that explains how to label soap.
