So I recently bought foaming bath butter base, and im wanting to make scrubs but I was wondering if it was possible to add powdered goat milk to it? I didn't make the base it was bought, I don't know if it will go bad because of the milk I did buy a preservative also (OPTIPHEN), but I also don't know if that will work considering the base is already made. Any advice helps! Thank you!

Adding milk to any product that will not be “cooked” is tricky at best. Typically it is not recommended, especially if there is water in the product, like you normally have with scrubs.

I’d contact the manufacturer to see what they recommend.
