Since EOs/FOs are classified as volatile substances in raw form, should the bottles be disposed of at a local hazardous waste facility? I've never given this consideration - shame on me!

If you leave the caps off for a while all of the volatiles will evaporate. Our city says to leave paint cans open until they dry and then you can dispose of them normally (for the ones that are empty). If you have a full bottle that you want to dispose of then probably need to go to a hazardous waste facility. You should probably call them to ask though.

Mine are delivered in plastic, and I switch them to dark apoth. jars when I get them, which is why the question struck. :)
Thank you for the replies! I'll make sure each dries out for a few days, before I bag them, either way. I'll be calling them to check, as well! Can never cya too much, IMO.
