Hi there,
i want to make a Ghostswirl but my oven is taken by my husband and the Microwave with oven function as well now hubbie said i should use the proofing box ... i can warm it to any Temp i want and it stays there ....but now the Question ... its just a small box ..not isolated like an oven... so shall i lower the temp after 1 hour on 140F to 85F and can it stay that over night or better lower ? ...or better just switch it off after 1 hour on 140F.... im getting confused now lol
