My 2nd batch is a chocolate mint.

Crisco 62.5%
Coconut 25%
Olive 12.5%
Super fat 5%

Hardness 38%
Cleansing 17%
Condition 57%
Bubbly 17%
Creamy 21%
Iodine 71%
INS 150%

At trace mint and unsweet cocoa powder





 
OoO.That is a beautiful soap batch. I'm so antsy waiting for more pics of it when it's done. :D

when i first started swirling, one of my biggest problems was not adding too much of the swirling color. now i kind of have it down (sometimes) ... for a 4.5 pound log I use a generous ladle full of batter for swirling ... sometimes i had just a little more if i want more of a marbled effect .. less if i want big chunks .. give it time .. play around ... you'll find your groove
 
Dark or not, I think they look fine...and I'll bet the smell awesome. The fragrance combination sounds yummy! Good job!
