Kylie, I've used Laespa and get them from NCS. I've smelled all of them and they are quite strong OOB. Pink Frangi Pani came out quite nice when soaped. They all smell as the name suggests. :)

I mostly buy their sweet cake FO's ... and all the one's I've tried have behaved well ... and are still many of my favourites.

Check out the Fragrance Oil/Fragrance Reviews section. You'll find some threads about suppliers here in Oz.

KylieO did you find any info on Laespa yet? I too, would like further info / reviews about them.

Edited to add:
It would appear this is the in house brand for natural candle supply.
The domain is registered to them as well.

This is an old thread and Kylie O hasn't been on the forum in years. I have bought them in the past and find they are a lot dearer than the others so try and stick to their basic FO's. They are quite strong OOB, so you don't need as much. I soaped Pink Frangipani ages ago and it came out nice. You won't find any reviews on the Soap Scent Review Board for these.
