Anise seed EO

According to the 2009 RIFM/IFRA Max Usage Guidelines Anise seed EO is not allowed in soap or many other things because it contains Methyl Chavicol.

Does anyone know if this has changed?

The Modern warning is "Anise essential oil contains 'anethole' which may exacerbate those with skin conditions. Do not use during pregnancy."

Thank you Nevada. But what I was wondering was if IFRA has changed their restrictions. Sorry I wasn't clearer. They have changed their website and I'm have trouble finding what I'm after.
