Coconut oil soap

What kind of coconut oil soap do you want to make? Have you made soap with lye yet? I recall that you are very young. Are your parent's helping you out? Coconut oil soaps can be very drying if not formulated appropriately.
Have you done cold process before? You can get Melt and Pour from Michaels to practice. Or you can get it from one of the soap supplier like wholesale supplies plus, brambleberry, natures garden.

Do you mean that you want to make your own M&P base or that you want to purchase a pre-made base and use it? If you have never made soap before, I suggest using a pre-made M&P base. The Soap Queen Blog has a lot of good tutorials on M&P and CP.
