I used the SMR recipe for charcoal soap, but instead of anise I used 25 grams of peppermint and 25 grams of tea tree oil.
Welllllllll, it's not near fully cured, but my 3 year old thought it would be great to dig into with her fingernails last night. While cleaning up a pile of shavings I thought "Eh, why not?" and tried it out. This stuff is only 3 weeks into cure and still a tiny bit soft (I'm guessing because it *mostly* didn't gel), but it felt so nice on my face! I can't wait to see how it feels after another 3 weeks or so. If it didn't have so many different oils, I might look into trying to formulate a base recipe out of the same oils together.
