Default Freeziing Oil

Does freezing oil extend shelf life?
Do you?
What would be the best container to freeze it in?

I freeze my more expensive oils as it prolongs the shelf life quite a bit. I just freeze it in the original container.

I freeze mine in the original containers too, unless I order shea butter in bulk and then I divide it and freeze it in plastic ice cream containers.

I order bulk and freeze them, freeze them all . I also freeze my emulsifiers, butters, cetyl or stearic acids, whatever is possible
