    Tanks!!! I Will try to look into HP. Havent troede that before:) the lye wasnt properly mixed into the Walter, so I still have the exact amount, that was missing. It is currently dissolving in some water. Ill have to try and see tomorrow if I Can save it. Thank you for your help!

    Made my third batch of soap today and I'm afraid I ruined it(: I hadn't realised that part of the lye had stuck to the buttom of the container before I poured it into the oils. I found out when I was about to clean up a while later. The soap is now sitting but it was very thin when I set it...

    How to thicken 3:1 diluted liquid "Castile" soap

    I just logged on to write assimilation post. I tried making a liquid soap out of a bar that I had previously made. I wanted to thickener it and added xanthan gum (Powered). It's surely did thicken it, but it also topkamp away the foaming ability. Odd?? I supposition it still has the same...

    Looks nice! Im Danis so I need an explanation before I og and buy something silly. Lard! Is that just the fat from pigs? Being from a pig-producing country it's really cheap here:) so it would be great for my wallet:)

    Siiiiigh! It's hard as a rock. Impossible to cut. Just flakes off. I want to make my own soap in ordre to save money, so I hope I'll be able to do something with it after all.
