What kind of base are you using, SCIF has a lower melting point so you are able to pour at around 120F where as Stephenson's is higher and I find I need to pour closer to 150-160F.
As for the bubbles I spray alcohol on after I pour, and when stirring I try not to stir to quickly.

you can Incorporate a company. this is what I did with my company. this way it is a little more difficult for someone to sue you personally. As well I did not want someone to take my home.
No I don't live in Florida. I live in Canada and it has been in the very high 90's F before the humidity here for the last 3 weeks. Personally I would prefer the 80F and no humidity.
