Ohhh my goodness, lol, I was so excited for these
I waited 4.5 hrs to cut them
    Too long, far too long.
I tried an ITP swirl, I think they kinda look like polished concrete on the edges lol
I was pretty grateful I put some in cavity molds- they’re the only ones that didn’t crumble horribly lol
    Oh well, good lessons!

It is astonishing how quick salt bars set up. Takes a new calibration after waiting so long for regular bars.

Crumbly or not, it's still good soap!

Yes! And I will have salt bars for personal use forever!
The wait time is going to be killer
I think they’ll end up looking like river rocks, should be kinda cool

Been there! I only use individual cavity molds now. I like how smooth they are and i don't have any rough edges.

They are super smooth as you can see. I like them in bar sizes but if I miscalculate the cutting time I get results I'm not always happy with. Its pretty much the only soap I make in a silicone mold.

LOVE Salt bars, HATE the cutting part.

Even when you think you have it timed good, it still gets edges crumbly
    :(

I too have a lifetime of salt bars :D
