I'll give you all the particulars...SFIC honey base with 1T added olive oil per pound base...scented with an FO....wrapped pretty immediately with stretch saran from Costco....wish it were a case of poor or insufficient wrapping but all the bars are doing the same thing....a more recent batch is not doing this at all but there's no additional oils added in the latter batches....just unwrapped one of the "stricken" bars and it feels like glycerin as opposed to oil....
Any suggestions? Dry and rewrap or remelt..drying is definitely an option now that the heat is on and the wood stove running..lower humidity in the house...
Thanks to all in advance!

It sounds like glycerin sweat. I would unwrap the bars and dry them off, then re-wrap them in shrink wrap.

dry them off as in soak up the excess glycerin with a paper towel or will the lower humidity in the house take care of it over time? Thanks Isg!

I would use a paper towel to dry them off.
