Wick issue q220

Hey everybody,

I am having a wick issue with thenew ecosoya q220. The wick I am using will burn fine during the initial burn but when I put the flame out and go to light it the next day it only stays lit for about 30 seconds then goes out on its own.

Is anyone else having wick issues with the new ecosoya?

Also, please know that it is only happening with connamon scent. All other scents are burning with more consistency.

I only use that wax for melts. What wick series are you using? (Eco, Http, CD) You might have to use a different wick series.
