why is there waxy feeling on my melt and pour soap

hi i'm new soap making, and after my soap sweats and cures there's this oily almost melting when i touch it or pick it up and hold it.

What M&P base are you using? If you are using a commercial M&P base, it doesn't need to cure. During the humid weather, the soap is probably attracting moisture from the atmosphere. I usually shrink wrap my M&P soap soon after taking it from the mold.
