It's just a bit of overcooked soap that was scraped off the side of your cooking vessel. Pretty common in HP and totally harmless - just cosmetic. 
It's so hard not to keep scraping down the sides, but once those soap bits have dried, they usually turn white and will always show up like that. In other words, you can mix them back into the batter, but the dried bits won't accept the color that's in the rest of the batch.
