Last time I made this it came out as white soap. All the soap I made with this recipe before came out a brownish and the one i just made same brown. If I remember the white batch i made I might have deveated from the recipe but don't remember how. I do know that all ingredances were cold and I may have used white sugar in stead of honey.
Do you have any reason it was white?

Agreed, sugar doesn't usually change the color of my soap, but honey does. Fragrances will vanillin in them will also turn the soap tan or brown, so changing fragrances would also affect the color.

Always something to learn. I guess if you stop learning you need to do something else.
Thank you
Lee
