I may be in the wrong section but new to wax melt n candle making my fragrance is really strong for around an hour then it goes any advice xxx
 
your % is good but sometimes the temp you add the fo can affect it. too hot and fo can burn off. you should also stir a minute or so after adding it to get it truly merged with the wax. Also, some scents give a weak hot throw like pineapple.

I typically add 5% beeswax to my soy and it seems to anchor my scents.

I heat up to 80c then take of and once it gets to 75c I add my colour Mix it then at 70 add fragrance N mix then at bout 60 I pour it

do you add beeswax to your wax
