Basically, I want to make a 3D printed custom mould
Our recipes are necessarily by given mass. Clearly, a mould would be made for a specific end volume.
Some of our ingredients dissolve in others, evaporate, have different densities...

Is there a quick means to calculate the volume of soap yielded up by a particular recipe?

Thanks!

You can approximate by weighing a known volume of batter for your particle recipe, or based on the density of water, lye and oil: How to Resize a Soap Recipe for Your Mold (U.S. Standard and Metric!)

I usually estimate how much batter I should need based on the water volume of the mold, make more batter than I think I will need the first time I use the mold and then adjust from there. You can put any excess batter in an individual mold, save it for soap dough, etc.
