Vegetable ghee

Hello everyone, has anyone experimented with vegetable ghee? Would you recommend it, and is so in what percentages?

It's a mixture of palm oil and soybean oil that has been hydrogenated to make it more solid. It seems to be a bit like the vegetable-oil-based "shortening" sold in other countries. These are also hydrogenated palm oil, sometimes with other fats.

I'm sure you can make soap from it, but I do not have personal experience with this specific product. I'd assume a saponification value of about 0.140 for calculating a soap recipe.
