1 cup raw cashews soaked at least 4 hrs. (or overnight)
1/2 cup water
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. apple cider vinegar
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. mustard
1 T nutritional yeast for cheesy flavour
After soaking cashews put all ingredients in nutribullet or blender and blend until smooth.

Feedback: For myself after this was refrigerated I had to add more water to make proper consistency, hence more lemon juice and vinegar to make proper taste.
