I would like to do a green swirl in my next batch of soap and was wondering if I could do that using chlorophyll as my colourant. Has anyone ever tried a swirl technique using natural colourants and how did you do it?

You can use it but its beautiful green color will fade very quickly and to a sickly yellow. Not pretty at all! You might try an infusion of parsley & sage.

The only thing I've tried so far is Paprika and Turmeric. Both have work pretty well for me. I've found the Paprika works better if infused in oil and then let it settle and pour the red colored oil ouf the top, leaving behind the grains. Makes a nice orange. Let us know how the chlorophyll works out if you decide to try it.
