Can mineral oil be used to make soap?

If so what's is saponification value and are there any lye calculators with mineral oil on them (baby oil, paraffin oil, etc.)

I don't think mineral oil is saponifiable at all. It doesn't consist of glycerin or fatty acids; the molecules in mineral oil are simple hydrocarbons that don't react with lye.

For the record, has anyone tried to use mineral oil as a superfat?
