I want to make some goldfish in a bag soaps, but the two times I've ordered "clear" M&P soap, it was not exactly crystal clear. It was actually pretty cloudy.

I have seen a lot of goldfish in a bag soaps with super clear M&P and am wondering what brand I need to look for? I'm in Canada so would prefer to get it from a Canadian supplier.

Any suggestions?? Thanks!! :)

There are vaious types of MP:
- clear : just clear - it has a white glassy look when it is about 10cm thick
- extra, or super clear - very very clear

these two sweat though

- non sweating : mine comes from BB; i find it rather sticky, yellowish and semi transparant.

What I saw on the Soap Queens video : she added a tiny drop of deluted blue to make it less yellow.
- to make it more clear : add a drop or two SLSa (read that somewhere else - it helps.

Then there are multiple different MP's with a Honey base, and.. and ...
and of course the opaque ones, but these are OT for now.

I dont make only MP soaps, or it might be just for fun, like your goldfish in a bag, or a duckie on a pond. FOr the last two, transparancy is not so very important IMHO.
