Just using donkey and it comes out like marshmallow cream . Pours in one clumpy clod into the mold. But it turns out looking good.
It is hard to stir

If you want help, you need to tell us what you added to your soap, what you did, how you did it, all of that. I don't know what "donkey" is in this context so I can't help you.
