Made a beer soap this morning, was hoping to get some bubbles in the top layer but it didn't turn out like I hoped. I did coat tapioca pearls in mica and sprinkled them on the top. My first layer soap, I hope the layers stay together.
Made with a IPA beer in the bottom half, top has a little TD but no beer. Unscented.

Nice! I like the idea for the bubbles on top! Your layers look very seamless as well...great job!

I think they look great, how did you get your layers so straight? No matter how hard I try or what thickness I our at, mine always seem to turn out messy.

Thanks everyone, I am quite happy with them, cracks and all. I poured the bottom at medium trace and let it sit a few minutes before I poured the top. It was completely by accident, as I prefer messier layers.
The tapioca pearls aren't stuck in quite firm enough, should have given them a gentle push down to secure them better.
