That's so funny, Lin! We apparently had a similar accident one day on our block. I noticed one of our garbage men was slamming the cans angrily and was glad to see ours were fine, but a couple on the street were knocked over. A couple hours later, I noticed 3 guys in a smaller truck had come back with another can and were picking up garbage down the street. I assumed the angry fellow's temper tantrum was reported and these other workers were sent back to clean up his mess.
