I don't soap much anymore and when I do, something inevitability goes wrong. This batch discolored and accelerated before I ever added the salt.

At least I was able to get it scented and colored but I didn't have enough time to add salt to the colored bits.

It made for a nicer pour and the itps turned out really nice, better then I expected, especially since it was a globby mess lol.

Scented with a blend of lemon, basil and a touch of peppermint. One of the best citrus blends yet.

It's lovely and looks like it was designed like that! I usually only do single color soap bars, (because I also tend to use naughty fo's in them...go big or go home, right??) but your "new" method sounds intriguing. I'm going to try that!
 
I'm definitely going to try it again. I'm really curious to see how the swirls do when the batter is behaving.
