You realize you've made the perfect bar of soap...and cannot recreate it.
I just used one of my old soaps to wash my dog (who had gone and rolled in poop but that's another story). I usually use a shampoo bar on them, but decided to use the last little scraps of this soap instead and it lathered beautifully! I'm talking about abundant foam just like a syndet dog shampoo!!
Back story to this soap is it was extremely soft upon unmolding and was rebatched to try to firm it up. That didn't do much. I finally concluded that I must have added too much oil and probably added one twice. I may know which one, but the chances of me actually reproducing this soap are slim to none.. not to mention the still pretty soft even after 6+ month cure..
