Texture soap

Hi ! Do you know how to achieve this textured look on top of soap ??

To me, it just looks like regular hot process. The batter is so thick that you would use a spatula to smooth down the top, leaving some little nooks and scrapes along the top.

Ironlionsoap.com has same textured soaps and they are using cold process.

I was thinking that after pouring soap wait 30 min for thicker butter and than make scrapes along the top ??
