What type of cutter do I need to cut a 2lb loaf for Taiwan swirl?

I think it would depend on what type of mold you made it in, loaf or slab mold?

If you want to cut it like a slab mold is cut for a Taiwan swirl, and it's in a loaf mold, a knife or pastry cutter will work best unless you have a single-wire cutter, in which case you can use that. A Taiwan swirl is usually cut like a flat slab mold is cut, to best show off the swirls.

In addition to what earlene said, last month’s challenge was a Taiwan swirl. I posted a few pictures of a loaf I cut.
