My name is Graci and I am new here, so I am still learning how to use it, sorry if I made any mistake

My question is: Is there a professional who offers the support service to withdraw all necessary licenses and follow all regulations required by the government to open a soap business?

In Australia there is no such person, you have to do it all yourself.

In the UK, there are few companies that offer Assessments, and part of their service is to review your soap composition and formulae to the last ingredient, prior to committing to go with them and providing you a quote of how much everything will cost. They have a set charge, but if your soap goes over allowed ingredients, then, it might cost you a little more.
