Hi, i have newly started making soap and i am trying different formulaes, the recent formula i have tried is;

Soap noodles(good quality base) 100%
Sodium silicate 30%
Glycerin 3%
Titanium oxide 1%
Castor oil 2%
Sles 0.5%
Fragnance 2%

The result was good, smooth and creamy texture but after leaving in the washroom for an hour i saw that the soap base have become sticky and melty. (i used the soap immidiately after making like after 10 minutes).

If you added glycerin and Castor oil to your soap base, that could make it sticky. What were the ingredients in the soap noodles?

Well, i dont actually what it was made of, the company do not share the formulas, but in general it contains caustic lye. Palm and coconut oil. Also NIMIR soap noodles arecthe best noodles in my country.
