I just watched this video by Ariane Arsenault, and at the end, she sprays her stamp and the soap with alcohol before she stamps. Any of you do this, or have an idea why? I've never heard of doing that before. Does it prevent the stamp from sticking, I wonder? Make a cleaner impression?

I could see that if you were stamping freshly cut soaps, it may help to get a cleaner impression with less sticking and (caking in the stamp creases). I just wait a few days till the soap has a dry crust on the surface to stamp, seems to work ok with no alcohol.
