Spectrum Vegetable Shortening - How to Calculate

Should I calculate it as regular palm oil, or as Crisco with palm oil? The two yield different results from Soap Calc.

As regular palm oil. Spectrum is all palm, Crisco is a blend with soybean oil.

Just to confirm what Obsidian said... Spectrum Palm Shortening is just palm fruit oil. On SoapCalc, there is not a brand specific shortening option, but you can use the Palm Oil option from the dropdown list for the Spectrum Palm Shortening.

Thank you - I bought some & it makes terrific soap. But from now on (after I use up the can) I will be going palm free.
