Soy wax candles hardening nearly white with flakes of colour - TOTAL BEGINNER - HELP!

I have just started practising candle making with soy wax, using candle dye powders. The recipe I was following said to pour at 140 degrees but the candles are hardening almost white with flakes of colour. Can anyone help please?

I've never used the powder but it should mix in a similar way to mica , where did you buy it from?

Just off amazon. Is it normally a liquid?
