Some VERY ugly soap 🤦

I was showing someone how to make soap and we made this soap together.
It's truly ugly and awful!
I was so busy banging on about safety, oils, lye etc that any artistry went out the window.
And our DIY mould was too big so there wasn't enough batter to fill it.
Smells gorgeous though

IMHO, the only really questionable thing is the choice of colours. Swirling itself looks great, and unless the photo perspective covers it up, the sizes are decent too. Fix the rugged surface with a planer, bevel the edges, and arrange them cleverly for a vanity shot. Nobody will suspect that anything was unintentional.

Nah, thats not ugly. I personally like the colors and the layered, flowery looking swirls.
