Solution for lye heavy soap

Hi everyone .I made a big batch of soap 17500 kg .
I saw ash on it .... Its lye heavy soap .no idea what I did wrong but don't want to throw it out .....Is there any method to re use it? Other than as laundry soap? Thanks in advance .

You would need to post your recipe including lye/water and your process for us to troubleshoot.

You see ash on the soap. Is the ash the reason why you think it's lye heavy? If not, you need to explain what's giving you that opinion.

Is this your first large batch? If so, what is your usual batch size up to this point?

Take Shari's advice about posting the whole story about this soap. There's not remotely enough info here.
