Sodium lauroyl isethionate is the main constituent of sodium cocoyl isethionate (the name just focuses on the chemistry rather than the botanical origin). Expect that some of the SLI may be PKO-derived, if that's a problem for you or the mindset of potential customers.
 
Dunno. They are interchangeable to some degree, but which are the differences between them, in handling and properties? Someone with practical experience with syndets has to jump in.
