Sodium bicarbonate - Sodium carbonate ?

What's the difference? Can both be used at the same time for bath bombs? If so at what ratio/percentage? Why? Could you just use sodium carbonate? if so, what would happen?

Sodium Carbonate is washing soda and should not be used in bath and body products.

Yes per @lsg response above. These two items have dfferent chemical make up. One is Washing soda not normally used on skin due to being caustic. The other is baking soda.
