Soda ash?

Is this soda ash? It was already there upon cutting. I know it isn’t lye deposits because I made sure it was fully dissolved. I actually don’t mind the way it looks as it created this kinda cool swirling design. Let me know what you all think. Thanks!!!

I see a combination of glycerin rivers (the crackly stuff), maybe a few stearic spots, and holes from cutting with a wire (which you can plane off if you want). Very pretty!
