Soapmaker program problem

hi all,

I only just purchased the soapmaker professional program and i'm having troubles. I fill out 'new supplies' and every time I save them, when i open the file file again the only thing on the file is the name like ' avocado oil' but no data that i wrote for that oil. I cant write any recipes as its not saving my supplies. Ive emailed the company but the reply they posted doesn't work and their website has been in ' maintenance mode ' for two days now. can anyone help? i have this program most people seem to love and i cant get it to work at all.
