Soap in the following fragrances:
english rose
laveder
eucalyptus and cedar
DirtyGirl (that's chocolate coffee with coffee grounds)
sugarcane

Also need to make some whipped shea and lip balms in various fragrances

I've given up on cream soap for a while... I saw there was a seminar on it at the soap conference, so I'll wait and see what I can learn there

I just picked up some waste beef fat from my local supermarket, and I'm going to render it this weekend into soap-ready tallow. Other than that, I have just made a peppermint-scented 1-lb. batch of tomato juice salt bars that are waiting to set in the mold before I take them out to cure.

I am working on soaps and body butters. I just got a lemongrass scent that is terrific and doing a vanilla cinnamon. I have all the ingredients to do lip balms, but am holding off until I order one of those nifty trays.
I am doing a trial run of the soap calc, (way cool woodi!!) and will tinker with that as well....that is a must need purchase!
Other than this, I have two kids down with the flu. k

I have just done a trial mini batch of bubble bars! i have added a little spirulina powder for colour, and scented with neroli and sweet orange. I just hope they set OK, they are a bit squidgy right now!

Since we are snowed in(sort of) I am working on some organizing.

I have been wanting to get my soap supplies close to the kitchen.

I have a huge cupboard, floor to ceiling, in my dining room. Up till

now it has been mostly dedicated to kids stuff, educational and markers

and pencil crayons, puzzles, etc. Well I have removed all that stuff

and thrown out a bunch. My kids are mostly growed up now.

My stuff is moving in. It will be so nice to have it all close by in one

spot. Not a little here and a little there. Drives me crazy.

Well GG so far, so good. It's so funny, all I have to do is start
a project and before you know it my dh steps in and finishes it up.
He is the true organizer in the house. It would take me days with
stuff laying all over the place to get a job done. But with him
in the blink of an eye it's done. He is amazing.

Good luck with your "space creating."

Laurie
